(air exhausters and feeders)

AERWALL:
Helicoidal air exhauster/feeder for vertical (wall) installation. The unit frame is manufactured by glass fiber reinforced resin, externally gelcoated, the impeller being made by reinforced plastic. The three-phase motor, water proof, is installed on a concentric, elecro-welded, plasticized, concentric rings case.


AERLIT:
Natural air circulating fan, can be fitted both to COVERLINK or installed on a concrete curb. Support base and base are made by glass fiber reinforced and outside gelcoated resin. The bird protection net is an electro-welded, plasticized steel wire.
An Aluminum, anodized, protection grid, with fixed fins, is replacing the net in the TNS B type.

AERLIT AN:
Natural air circulating fan, can be fitted both to COVERLINK or installed on a concrete curb. Uprights and fins, of air intake's manifold, are Al or stainless steel made; the cover is an acrilic, or glass fiber reinforced resin, single wall dome.

FLUXAR:
Centrifugal air exhauster, it can be fitted to COVERLINK or to a concrete curb. The base and the cover are made by glass fibers reinforced and gelcoated resin. Motor shield is thermoplastic injected. The Al impeller is electronically balanced. The upper bird protection net and the motor supporting case are made by plasticized, electro-welded, concentric, steel wire rings.

FLUXIN:
Centrifugal air feeder, can be fitted to COVERLINK. The base and the cover are made by glass fibers reinforced resin, externally gelcoated; the Al impeller is electronically balanced, the bird-protection net is made by alluminium.

AERFLUX:
Helicoidal air circulating ventilator, can be fitted to COVERLINK or installed on a concrete curb. The support base and the cover are glass fibers reinforced resin, externally gelcoated; the supporting and bird protection net, the motor concentric rings support are electro-welded, plasticized steel wire.
TES B type is equipped (instead of the net) with overpressure PVC registers which prevent undesired external air's income.

OVERCLIMAT C:
Last generation thermo-ventilating unit, developed for industry, city and zootechnical conditioning problems. This hanging unit is basically consisting of two parts: body and ventilating unit. The body, following the different component's execution (hand or power activated register, grids, filters, batteries) generates two models: CR recycling and TAE external air only. Ventilating unit is the same for both models: it feeds the inside with sucted air. The main body and the ventilating unit are made by glass fibers reinforced resin, outside and inside gel coated. The installation kit does include a suitable tool set which allows the OVERCLIMAT to be fitted under the COVERLINK plates.

OVERCLIMAT E:
Helicoidal fan, heat recuperator, intended for industrial buildings, with high level heat, both for winter and summer operation.
The main body and the air Venturi are made by glass fiber reinforced resin, outside and inside gelcoated.
The helicoidal ventilator, made by adjustable reinforced plastic blades propeller and double speed three-phase motor, is installed on a concentric, electro-welded and plasticized steel wire rings support.
Four PVC re-circulation registers can be found externally. The complete assembly kit allows an easy installation of the OVERCLIMAT under the COVERLINK plate.
AERFILTER:
Normally fitted to the bottom of COVERLINK, made by several filtering panels, it sucts and dedusts the smoggy air. By flexible fittings it can be connected to AERFLUX and FLUXAR units. The connecting element and the lower condense tank are made by glass fiber reinforced resin. The filter support is made by anodized aluminum and it is fitted to the lower connecting part. In order to grant the best air flow at lower speed, the total filtering surface is quite large (2 sq.mt.): the filtering elements can be of polyester, aluminum or stainless steel.
